Adding highlights to a document

With IntelliConnect, you can highlight text within a document.

Before adding a note to a document, first select and view a document. For more information on viewing documents, see Viewing Documents.

To add highlights to a document:

Note: In some cases, a pop up window may display with the following title: Persistent Annotations Not Allowed on this Document. Click OK to apply temporary notes and highlights, and then print, email or save an offline copy of the annotated document. These annotations will be cleared upon closing the document.

The highlight colour is now applied to the selected text within the document. Your name and a date and time stamp are also applied.

Tip: You can add a note to highlighted text by clicking Add Note on the highlight details box in the right margin. Type your note and click Save to add the note.
