Adding notes to a document

With IntelliConnect, you can add notes to documents you select and view from a document list.

Before adding a note to a document, first select and view a document. For more information on viewing documents, see Viewing Documents.

To add notes to a document:

Note: In some cases, a dialogue box may display with the following title: Persistent Annotations Not Allowed on this Document. Click OK to apply temporary notes and highlights, and then print, email or save an offline copy of the annotated document. These annotations will be cleared upon closing the document.

The note is now applied to the document. Your name and a date and time stamp are also applied. You can also apply a note to the entire document.

These notes will display at the top of the document.

To add note to an entire document:

The note is now applied to the entire document and is displayed at the top of the document.
