You can easily save selected documents from your History to your computer so that you can reference them in the future.
To save selected documents from History in PDF or text format:
Click the History link on the Navigation Bar at the top of your screen.
The system displays your History documents (by the most recent date first) on the right pane.
Click in the checkbox(es) of the documents you want to save, or click the Select all on page checkbox to save all of the documents.
Click the Save/Email link located at the top of the screen and select the Save selected as PDF option or the Save selected as text option.
If you select the Save selected as PDF format, the File Download dialogue box displays in PDF format. If you select the Save selected as text format, the File Download dialog box displays in RTF format.
Click the Save button. The Save As dialogue box displays.
Type the name for the file in the File name field, and then click the Save button.
