You can save documents from any of your Research Folders for viewing later, after you’ve ended your research session. You can save documents from your Research Folders as a PDF (.pdf) or RTF (.rtf) text file.
To save selected documents in PDF or RTF text format:
With a Research Folder open and its documents displayed on your screen, click in the checkboxes next to the documents you want to save in PDF or RTF text format.
Click the Save menu and select Save selected as PDF or Save selected as text.
Click the Save button. The Save As dialogue box displays.
Type the name for the file in the File name field, and then click the Save button.
The documents you selected are saved in the location you specified as a PDF (.pdf) or RTF (.rtf) file.
