You can send documents from any of your Research Folders to the Document Tray. Sending items from Research Folders to the Document Tray removes them from the folder, a more permanent storage location, and places them into a temporary location for viewing only during your current research session. Documents in your Document Tray are removed when you logout of IntelliConnect.
To send documents to the Document Tray:
With a Research Folder open and its documents displayed on your screen, click in the checkboxes next to the documents you want to send to the Document Tray, and then click the Send to Tray link.
The documents you selected are sent to the Document Tray, and the current number of documents in the Document Tray displays to the right of the Document Tray link at the top of the main IntelliConnect screen.
