After placing documents in the Document Tray, you can go to the Document Tray to view the list of documents you have added to the tray and print a copy of any of the documents that are included on the list.
To print documents from the Document Tray:
Click the Document Tray link at the top of the main IntelliConnect screen.
The Document Tray displays on its own tab. The Document Tray folder displays on the left pane, and the number of documents contained in the Document Tray folder appears in parentheses to the right of the folder.
Click in the checkboxes next to the documents you want to print.
Click the Print drop-down menu and select either Print selected as PDF or Print selected as text, depending on the format in which you want to print the documents.
If you select the Print selected as PDF format, the document(s) you selected display in a new browser window.
Click the print icon, or click the File menu and then select Print.
If you select Print selected as text, a Print dialogue box displays.
The documents you selected are sent to your printer.
