In addition to viewing your Trackers for the current day, you can view your Tracker results from a specific date range.
To view Trackers for a specific date range:
Click the Tracker News link located on the Quick Bar.
The main Tracker News page displays, and your Trackers display in the left pane under CCH Tracker News heading.
Click the Select a date range icon to the right of the Tracker for which you want to view results from a specific range of dates.
The Select Custom Date Range dialogue box displays.
Click the Date Range drop-down list box and select an option for the dates you want to enter. Choose from: Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, All Dates, On, Before, After, or From/To.
After you select an option other than the default All Dates or the Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, selection, one or both sets of the date selection fields become active.
In the first set of date selection fields, click the Month drop-down menu and select the month, and then type the date and year in the spaces provided using dd and yyyy format.
If you select From/To in the Date Range drop-down list box, the second set of date selection fields becomes active. Repeat the process of selecting a month, day, and year as you did for the first set of date selection fields.
After you have enter the date information in the date selection fields, click the Search button.
IntelliConnect searches for documents that match the criteria of both the selected Tracker and the date selections you made on the Select Custom Date Range dialogue box. Any documents that match the date range specified display on your screen.
